The Barnstaple Town Youth Marching Band was formed during the spring of 2005 and currently has a membership of 20 with ages ranging from 10 – 50 years. The band take part in local ceremonial occasions, carnivals and events throughout Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.  We play a wide variety of music ranging from military marches and popular tunes to a selection of songs from well-known musicals and shows.
BTYMB are officially affiliated to the Salamanca Band and Bugles of the Rifles( formerly the band of Devonshire and Dorset Light Infantry; the Rifle Volunteers)
