This year we are using Showing Scene to book our volunteers rotas.

They don’t have a specific Volunteer section so we have adapted the Competitions section to act as a rota booking system. This is why some of the language refers to classes instead of volunteer slots.
Below is a video showing you how to book in for the volunteer slots you are able to do. If you would like to book in for consecutive time slots, you will need to book the first slot and then go through and book the second one, and so on.
Please Note: You can book your parking passes and lunch bookings (if over 4 hours on a specific day) when you book into your slots. These will then be sent with your pack.
